Cargo Tug
Literally a naked booster strapped to cargo, the tug is more of a temporary upgrade for transport.
The cargo tug can haul anything that is not self-powered for interstellar travel. Very slow compared to proper warp drives, but cheap and easy to mass produce so quite useful for hauling bulk cargo such as moving FMs or unobtanium between systems. Not so useful for landing assault forces but can be pressed into service for that purpose in a pinch, or if combat attrition has left Surface Assault units marooned without their lift home.

Halcyon-Class MkI Drop Ship
A fleet moves only as fast as the slowest member, something the architects of the Halcyon-class fleet transports fully understood. With medium armour and PDCs, the Halcyon class prioritizes speed over firepower, making them the fastest troop transport in the galaxy and the default choice for upwardly mobile galactic warlords.
Designed from scratch as a multi-role transport at the core of a blitzkrieg invasion force, it is fully rated for zero-G or gravity-well operations. Equally effective in strategic transport, fleet carrier or drop ship roles, the MkI focuses on doing its part and depends upon the fleet escorts and pickets to do theirs. Before defence forces can react, the extraordinary speed of the MkI can deploy an assault force of space marines and power armour deep in enemy territory, with room to spare for a lance of jaegers to lead the vanguard.
Versatile layout modularity and advanced retrofits can further transform the MkI, adding advanced shielding and upgraded propulsion in the MkII & III configurations.
- Fast interstellar speed.
- Moderate hull plating and PDC.
- Light weapons.
- Very hight cargo capacity.

Halcyon-Class MkIII Fleet Transport
If a fleet moves only as fast as the slowest member, then a fast fleet needs a fast transport. The MkIII Halcyon was designed expressly as the center-piece of a blitzkrieg invasion force, hauling troops and Surface Assault heavies while escourted by stealth corvettes and mecha mobile armour.
Equipped with PDC turrets and advanced shields in place of armour plating, the Halcyon MkIII is the only large vessel to successfully deploy a partial ER-lensing stealth field. Taken together with its massive jump drive and inherent agility, it is the only heavy lift transport able to keep up with some of the faster pickets and heavy capitals.
These attributes come at a premium, as the steep infrastructure and manufacturing costs put it out of reach for all but well developed warlords.
- Very fast interstellar speed.
- Advanced shields and PDC.
- Light weapons.
- Very high cargo capacity.

SPACE MARINES
The grunts of the galaxy, every empire fields their own iteration of the iconic space marine. Kitted out for vacuum combat in zero-G or down the gravity well, these shock troops are cheap, expendable and easy to transport. squads of space marines will go anywhere and do almost any task assigned to them.
- Rated for zero-G or gravity well combat.
- Zero interstellar speed.
- Armoured defence against small arms fire.
- Manual targeting energy or kinetic weapons.
EPSILON-Wing Snub Figher
Small, cheap and easily mass produced, the Epsilon light fighter makes ideal low-tech “fodder” for overwhelming soft targets or subjugating neutral worlds. Arguably the best role for the Epsilon is in massed fleet formations screening capitals, carriers and drop ships.
Lacking a self-powered interstellar drive or advanced flight and targeting control, this short range “snub” fighter is an expendable piece of hardware, mass produced by many empires across the galaxy for fleet CAP and in-system strike missions.
- Rated for zero-G or atmospheric strike roles.
- Zero interstellar speed.
- Agile defense.
- Manual targeting energy weapons.
- Zero cargo capacity.

			OMEGA-CLASS STRIKE DRAGOON
Bridging the gap between heavy fighter and light capital, the strike dragoon is a powerfully armed mobile gunship capable of sustained heavy combat in any sphere of battle.
Pound-for-pound, no other unit packs as much punch in such a small space. Massed formations are capable of subjugating whole star systems or taking down much larger capital ships, but where the class really excels is as a picket, screening friendly capitals in larger fleet formations.
- Rated for zero-G or atmospheric strike and close support roles.
- Slow interstellar speed.
- Above average hull plating.
- Moderate weapons.
- Zero cargo capacity.
- Excellent platform for small-scale raids, low intensity conflict or screening capital ships.
CERBERUS-Class Corsair
This corsair is a well balanced “jack-of-all-trades” multirole light capital capable of fleet battle, surface invasions or logistical support. Designed as a launch platform for the MkIII Marauder power armour, the Cerberus is particularly effective when deployed in a combined-arms top cover support roll for the Marauder.
- Rated as an atmospheric drop-ship with moderate cargo capacity for surface invasions.
- Medium interstellar speed.
- Above average hull plating and shields.
- Moderate weapons.
- Linking fire control with at least one friendly MkIII Marauder at the same system effectively doubles the Cerberus rate of fire.
- Excellent platform for subjugating neutral systems or small-scale raids into enemy hinterland.
Bird-of-Prey Stealth Corvette
First developed by a sentient race of shape-changing xenomorphs, the Bird of Prey utilizes poorly understood techniques of gravitational lensing to bend ER radiation around the hull. This cloaking field makes the stealth corvette hard to target-lock and almost certain to get the drop on an adversary.
Rated as a light capital, the stealth corvette falls into a narrow size band capable of cloaking. the platform must be large enough to mount and operate the lensing generator, putting it beyond the capacity of a heavy fighter.
Similarly many empires have attempted to adapt the cloaking lens to larger warships, but beyond very sensitive hull dimensions the lensing effect fails. The net effect is that lense cloaking has only been successfully deployed on light, corvette-class capitals. Research continues.
- Fast interstellar speed.
- Excellent hull plating and defensive evasion.
- Above average weapons.
- Zero cargo capacity.
Halcyon-Class MkI Drop Ship
A fleet moves only as fast as the slowest member, something the architects of the Halcyon-class fleet transports fully understood. With medium armour and PDC weapons, the Halcyon MkI prioritizes speed over firepower, making it the fastest troop transport in the galaxy and the default choice for upwardly mobile galactic warlords.
Before defence forces can react the unsurpassed speed of the MkI can deploy an assault force of space marines and power armour deep in enemy territory, with room to spare for a lance of jaegers to lead the vanguard.
Versatile layout modularity and advanced retrofits can further transform the MkI, adding heavy armour plating and upgraded propulsion in the MkII & III configurations.
- Fast interstellar speed.
- Moderate hull plating and PDC.
- Light weapons.
- Very hight cargo capacity.
Caligula-Class Battle Cruiser
Rated as a heavy capital, the Caligula-Class battle cruiser does not sacrifice speed for power, keeping up with the fastest fleet carriers and drop ships. Often acting as the flagship of a squadron or larger formation, this battle cruiser is a specialized slugger built to hit hard and take as good as she gives.
Sleek and bristling with armaments, no tonnage is wasted on cargo, fighter bays or drop-ship hangers. As a pure fleet-escort cruiser every square meter is devoted to dealing and absorbing battle damage. From the extensive rail-gun and PDC emplacements, torpedo and missile magazines, reactive armour plating and multiple redundant warp drive cores, the Caligula is designed to work in tandem with fleet carriers or drop-ships, bringing the “boom” from behind a screen of expendable pickets.
- Fast interstellar speed.
- Heavy hull plating and shields.
- Heavy weapons.
- Optimized for long range stand-off and orbital bombardment.
- Zero cargo capacity.
Yamato-Class MkI Mecha
The first in the Yamato line of mecha produced by the trans-imperial Zeon Corporation, the MkI is a well rounded, entry level mobile assault suit. Rated as a medium capital, it can act as the flagship of small expeditionary forces for the subjugation of neutral systems or hinterland defence.
However the MkI is optimally deployed as the underlying chassis for the heavier and more powerful Mk II-IV mecas, widely recognized as some of the most formidable capitals currently deployed by any galactic warlord.
- Rated equally for atmospheric or zero-G combat.
- Medium interstellar speed.
- Heavy hull plating and shields.
- Above average weapons.
- Zero cargo capacity.
- Chassis platform for upgrading to faster and heavier mecha.
Yamato-Class MkII Mecha
The second in the Yamato line of mecha produced by the trans-imperial Zeon Corporation, the MkII is almost twice as fast as the MkI, making it the fastest true capital in the galaxy. Rated as a medium capital, the MkII mounts heavy armour plating and formidable weaponry on an agile, long range strike platform.
capable of folding a staggering 180 light-years in a single Standard Cycle, the MkII suit is ideal for deep strike missions or mobile reserve on empire defence. The unit is so fast it has difficulty working in larger fleet formations. MkII pilots are infamous for leaving picket and support units behind, finding themselves cut off and over-extended deep in enemy territory.
- Rated equally for atmospheric or zero-G combat.
- Ultra-fast interstellar speed.
- Heavy hull plating and shields.
- Zero cargo capacity.
- Above average weapons.
Davion-Class MkI Light Jaeger
Weighing in at only 30 tonnes, the light Jaeger is equally optimized for combat inside a gravity well or in and around orbital installations. Putting the punch and resilience of a medium capital into the size of a heavy fighter, it often takes the vanguard of surface invasion forces.
Lacking interstellar travel, the Davion-class compensates with dense armament and compact design for easy lift and deployment. Yet most agree the best feature is the modular chassis, allowing easy retrofit to more powerful MkII-IV configurations.
So versatile is the design of the Davion series that newly completed units are known to deploy in MkI or MkII configurations, receiving retrofit upgrades while under fire defending forward positions.
- Zero interstellar speed
- Heavy hull plating and shields
- Heavy weapons.
- Zero cargo capacity.
RETRIBUTION-CLASS LAND DREADNOUGHT
The undisputed titan of gravity-well combat, the land dreadnought fields the ultimate in heavy armour and firepower currently mountable on a surface warfare unit. With zero lift or interstellar mobility, this behemoth is all about staying power. Ideally suited for surface sieges, or equally formidable in zero-g combat involving orbital assets. Limited mobility means the Retribution dreadnought needs transport to and from battle, but once situated it will usually require an opposing heavy capital unit to take it down.
- Zero interstellar speed
- Ultra-heavy hull plating and reactive armour.
- Ultra-heavy weapons.
- Zero cargo capacity.
